Wine obtained from the homonymous grape, vinified in purity.

After fermentation it is aged in barrique for 10 – 12 months followed by refinement in bottle. Refined, balanced and elegant wine.

Combinations in the kitchen: it goes well with important dishes giving the best of itself with roasted red meats, braised meats, game, grilled beef and pork, cold cuts and aged cheeses

Advice: enjoy it after having uncorkedit at least one hour before serving it at a temperature of 18 – 20 ° C.
