Tuscan White Wine produced by “Fratelli Urbani farm – Gattaiola (Lu)”

Harvest 2019

As in the past, this white is a wine obtained from the varieties of white grapes present in our vineyards, according to local traditions: Vermentino, Trebbiano, Malvasia and others in smaller quantities.

Fermentation on the skins gives it an intense yellow color. Aged in steel vats for about 6/8 months.

Combinations in the kitchen: for the aromas and flavors it releases, it can be used throughout the meal, combining not only with the typical fish-based foods of our kitchen: such as cod, stockfish or fish soup, but also with meat and for finish with sweets or dry biscuits.

Advice: due to its particular organoleptic characteristics, it can be served fresh but not cold.
