Typical wine with fruity aromas produced using the red grape varieties present on the farm:

Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Merlot, black Malvasia, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, Sirah, in variable percentages.

After fermentation, it matures for 8/12 months before going on to refinement in the bottle

Combinations in the kitchen: wine of great versatility that is easy to pair with cold cuts and cheeses, even fresh,

summer dishes and all the typical dishes of the Lucca cuisine
