Wine obtained from the homonymous grape vinified in purity.

After fermentation it ages in chestnut wood barrels according to the tradition of the places where it remains for 24 to 36 months

followed by a period of refinement in the bottle.

Combinations in the kitchen: enhances the flavors of important red meat dishes, such as roasts, grilled beef and pork, cold cuts, braised meats, game and aged cheeses.

Advice: enjoy it after having uncorked and / or decanted in time and serve it at a temperature of 18-20 ° C
