Wine obtained from the vinification in purity from the homonymous grape.

After fermentation, it ages from 12 to 24 months in small oak or chestnut barrels, before moving on to bottle aging.

Combinations in the kitchen: suitable for important red meat dishes such as: roasts, grilled beef, braised meats, game, as well as: aged cheeses and cold cuts

Advice: enjoy it after having uncorked and / or decanted in time and serve it at a temperature of 18 ° – 20 ° C
