Farm – The holiday home
The holiday home is located in the farmhouse, the very same building where we have the cellar. The apartment is surrounded by 10.000 square meters (about 11960 square yards) of land, most of which is our vineyard. The farmhouse also has a parking lot, two pergolas and a large garden.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people..
“Magic Moments”
The farmhouse offers a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double room and another room with bunk beds. It is also equipped with an air conditioner, kettles, cutlery, a gas-cooker with five burners, two sinks, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a cooler, a grill pan, an american coffee machine and a blender.

The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player with films and cartoons in various languages, satellite TV, digital terrestrial, fireplace and wood oven.
The master bedroom is equipped with digital terrestrial TV and DVD. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, hairdryer.
In the house there are games for children, picnic bags, coolers, beach equipments, books and travel guides as well.

Outside there are deckchairs, a BBQ, two pergolas, a wood oven, a small playground for children with a relax and fitness area for their parents and free Wi-Fi internet both inside and outside the house, although it doesn’t reach far from the building.
You can buy and taste the wine we make from the cellar in the living room, and you will be able to take a look at the old cellar and to access the areas nearby the house.

Our house misses nothing essential
Kitchen
Available tools: an electrical oven and a microwave one, a toaster, an american coffee machine, a moka pot, a blender, a dishwasher, a fridge, a cooler, kitchen linen, dishes, glasses, pots, a gas-stove with five burners and a double sink.
Living room
There’s all you need to relax: a wooden table, a sofa, a TV and satellite TV, a DVD player, a wood oven, a chimney, books, air conditioner and a cellar with the wine we make.
Camere e bagni
Bedrooms and bathrooms: a double bed with sheets, an air conditioner and a TV.
Children’s room: a bunk bed (two beds) with sheets, an ironing board, games for children, books and an air conditioner
Toilets: a shower, a sink, a bidet, a wc, a washing machine, a hair-dryer and various towels.
The outside area
You are free to: access the two pergolas with wooden tables, one of which has four seats and is perfect to enjoy the view of Lucca’s mountains, the playgrounds for children and the relax area for adults along with the gym, take a look at the vineyard and the garden, use the wood oven, the BBQ and our bikes..

Lucca is only three kilometres away (about 1.9 miles), and it’s one of the few cities in the world that keeps up its sturdy walls, almost to protect its old town from the destructive modernization of this era. Walking through Lucca is like diving in the past: the squares, roads and alleys look just as they did in the old days.. The city offers tasty food, oil so good it’s well-known worldwide, great wine, nice flour and amazing cheese and cold cuts. Lucca is also the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini, an italian composer known worldwide for his operas. For all of those who love operas, we strongly suggest you not to miss the summer’s “lyrical season” in Torre Del Lago, where Puccini drew inspiration for many of his compositions.
Lucca Comics & Games is definitely worth mentioning, as it’s well known worldwide and offers quite the number of editions.
