Wine obtained from the homonymous Cabernet Franc grapes and to a lesser extent Cabernet Sauvignon.

After fermentation and aging which can vary between 12 and 24 months, a period of refinement in the bottle follows

Food pairings: red meat dishes, roasts, grilled beef and pork, braised meats, game

Advice: enjoy it after having uncorked and / or decanted in time and serve it at a temperature of 18-20 ° C
